Kamil Biel intends to dynamize the polish manufacturing industry by putting his associates at the center of very top of his priority.

KB is very close to his work force and invested a lot of efforts and money in improving their working conditions and there technical know how. Moreover, KB is in the process of implementing a joint venture with the Żywiec sewing school where he will not only give access to his plant to students but garantes a job for all excellent graduates.
BD now counts with 21 associates growing at an agressive yet sustainable pace.
Giving back to the community is a must. I want Zywiec’s worker to be the best in Europe and the most prosperous.
