Cutting
Building on the priceless experience of our cutters, we are in the process of investing in the latest cutting technologies. We currently have the capacity to cut 100% of what we sew, optimizing patterns and fabrics consumption, yet providing precisely cut fabrics.
Sewing
Our stitching quality is based on the uniformity of our machines. In fact our joint venture with Juki Poland gives us access to latest technology. Each machine model being the latest Juki version. Our sewing methods are the most efficient of the market. A mix of Polish traditional know how and international sewing standard. Our success is based on increased productivity where volume produced is scrutinize by latest Bilson Design customized quality processes. Good machines, skilled and trained workers, the right méthods and processes… these are the ingredients of our on time deliveries of high quality goods.
Finishing
We prioritize 'Lean manufacturing' principles to maintain control over both quality and inventory. Therefore at BD it is crucial for us to insure a good flow of work with a finishing capacity matching our sewing pace. When needed goods are trimmed similultaneously with sewing. Our steaming and pressing equipment is the latest of the market and overall engineering allows space for folding, labelling and packaging with minimum opportunities for mix labeling. Everyday we produced packed ready to deliver goods that our customers can track.
